It’s never too early to start thinking about the holidays. We invite you to join us on Friday, December 6th at 6:00 pm for the City of Clarkson’s Third Annual Christmas in the Park! Join us as we kick off the holiday season by lighting the City’s Christmas tree and turning on all the displays along the roadway through the Park. The Clarkson Elementary School Choir will provide the music, cookies and hot chocolate will be served, and there will be free ornament decorating. And the best part? Santa will make his appearance on a fire truck with a police escort to visit with the children! Parents may take their own photos. There will be a digital photo booth set up as well.
If your business, church, or civic group would like to set up a lighted display, stop by City Hall or visit the Parks & Recreation page of the City’s website at cityofclarkson.com for the FREE registration form. The deadline is register for a display is Thursday, December 5th.
